A family run farm in the heart of Scotland
Welcome to Earnieside Farm, from the Guild Family
Our story began back in 2008 when our family moved from Surrey to a farmhouse in Dunning Glen. We were keen to use the land productively and maintain the history of a working farm. Together we poured our hearts into building a home and working sheep farm
Shortly after, in September 2012, we welcomed some new arrivals to the farmhouse. After visiting the Rare Breeds Sale in Stirling, we fell in love with three beautiful, black Hebridean sheep. Native to the diverse climates of Scotland and widely recognised for their robust nature, Hebrideans are highly sought after for their durable coats and flavourful meat.
Now over 130 ewes and rams have made Earnieside Farmhouse their home in the eastern foothills of the Ochils.
A family run business
As you can imagine, life on a working farm never stops and we’re always in need of a few helping hands (and paws)! We’ve got some very special furry helpers who keep the farm running smoothly
Together, these furry friends make life on the farm a whole lot more fun. Come by and say hello – they’re always ready to meet new friends!
Raised with Love
Since the very beginning, we have been committed to maintaining the highest quality of care for our herd, who have become family to us. Each Hebridean is treated with the compassion and love they deserve, reflected in awards they have won at the Royal Highland Show.
