Hogget
Hebridean hogget refers to lamb meat that comes from Hebridean sheep, a traditional Scottish breed known for its hardiness and rich flavour. Unlike regular lamb, which is typically harvested in less than one year, Hebridean meat takes longer to mature. Our hogget is between 18 months to 2 years old and this extra time grazing on the natural pastures of Earnieside gives the meat a deeper, more complex flavour.
